Durham Loses Gavi for 10 Months

In a news release, the Durham Bulls announced that reliever Victor Gavi would miss the rest of the season due to a torn rotator cuff. Gavi sustained the injury on 05/11/2035. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager.
This season, Gavi has been credited with no saves. In 6 relief appearances and 10.2 innings he has a 2-0 won-lost mark, a 5.91 ERA and 9 strikeouts.
