Kyle Johnston was 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for Kansas City. The 23-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring strikeout off Zach Maxwell. It was his 24th RBI of the season.
