Angels Clip Blue Jays, 2-1, in DS Contest
The Los Angeles Angels defeated the Toronto Blue Jays, 2-1, in Game 2 of the Division Series. Doing his part was starter Justin Lindstrom, who threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball. The win moves Los Angeles into a 1-1 tie with Toronto in the series.

Lindstrom tossed 95 pitches over 6.1 innings to clinch the win for the Angels. The left-hander allowed just 4 hits, while racking up 11 strikeouts in the game.

"We are one step closer to our ultimate goal of bringing a title back to the people of Los Angeles," Lindstrom said after the game.

Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at Angel Stadium of Anaheim in Anaheim.
